  • Products Available: Transporters Pollution Liability (TPL)


  • Minimum Premium(s):
    • $2,500 - Lower hazard classes
    • $10,000 - Higher hazard classes (gasoline, hazardous waste, etc.)
  • Additional details: Auto coverage (PD and Liability) may be available for certain classes of hazardous material haulers.


  • Common Issues: MCS-90 and Form E filings are only available when the TPL is placed in conjunction with the Auto Liability (hazardous material haulers only).


  • Common Underwriting Requirements: motor vehicle records of all drivers and schedule of VINs
