| USF&G Specialty Insurance Company has selected NCA Group as their claims management and servicing organization. NCA Group was formed in the early 1980's and specializes in providing effecient and professional property-adjusting services nationally through their network of service centers. These service centers are strategically located throughout the United States in order to provide the most effective service coverage possible. Please note, insureds should continue to report new claims via the USF&G 800#, which is 1.800.631.6478. | |

| NCA Group will take possesion of all open claim files from our current claims administrator, G.A.B. Robins. This transition should be as seamless as possible and all of the vital information on open claims, including most recent activity, has been forwarded to NCA. If you currently have open claims with USF&G Specialty you will receive notification from NCA Group regarding how these claims will be serviced going forward. | |
