your service needs are handled by www.ChaseAgency.com. For example, we handle billing, change requests, premium quotes,
certificates, and policy applications. But claims are handled by the insurance companys' claims offices which are
strategically located in communities

is the equivalent of the local Ford auto dealer. We are not the insurance company, and we do not adjust claims.
Only the insurance companys' claims adjusters can settle claims. We can only assist you with your claims. Follow these steps below:
- Dial 911 on your telephone if this is an emergency.
- Take necessary steps to secure your property and to prevent further damage.
- If the claim involves an auto accident, exchange insurance and driver's license information with all other
drivers involved. ALSO, COLLECT CONTACT INFORMATION FROM WITNESSES.
- Do not take blame for the incident! Get help and help others but do not say anything about the incident.
- Never try to pay for damage. Always contact your insurance company right away.
